As an invited speaker at the 2019 China (Changsha) International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE), held in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, Dean Frank spoke on two topics:
- Innovation of Using Structural Connections for Precast Concrete Structures, and
- Increasing Concrete Construction Speed and Quality with Prefabrication.
Additionally, Dean was interviewed by local media.
The sessions were well-attended, with significant interest in prefabrication in the China construction industry.
